We hold your dates with a deposit once you approve the itinerary, and the balance is settled before or on arrival. Payment can be made by bank transfer or card link, and the exact schedule is written into your quote before you commit to anything.

Yes. Days can be reordered, hotels upgraded or downgraded, and activities swapped right up to departure, subject to availability. We do not charge a planning fee for changes.

No — and that is deliberate. Tour prices cover your private vehicle, chauffeur-guide, listed entrance fees and activities. Accommodation is quoted separately in whichever tier you prefer, from guesthouses to five-star hotels and tea bungalows, so you are never paying a hidden mark-up on a room you did not choose.

Yes. We regularly plan elder-friendly routes with shorter drives, lift-access hotels, ground-floor rooms and skip-the-climb alternatives, as well as child-friendly trips with car seats, family rooms, pool hotels and flexible meal times. Tell us who is travelling and we build the pace around them.
